Finished a UV restich today on a genoa for a for a 38 footer. Big heavy sail for next week delivery. Got an order for a custom mainsail cover. Sold the mainsail last year but the customer needed to use the old cover for one more year. Huge difference between the cover for an old sail and one for a new sail. Don’t leave any of your new sail exposed. Delivered a Cal 29 mainsail which needed new batten pocket reinforcements( including new elastic on the inside ends), new leach tabling.
Tomorrow I’m delivering custom covers to the Coast Guard Auxiliary for their beautiful new rescue boat.
